Thanks to Hamilton's pocket watches, crashes were reduced to such a degree that they were dubbed “The Clock of Railway Precision”. In 2011, in collaboration with ETA, the movement manufacturer of the Swatch group, Hamilton began to develop its own calibers or custom automatic watch movements, H-21 and H-31. Three years later, it introduced the H-10, H-30 and H-40 with an 80-hour power reserve.
