**RETURN POLICY**

 

In compliance with the LEGAL NOTICE of this website nicols.es, we present our RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY.

 

1. **RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**

 

If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied, THE CLIENT has a period of fourteen (14) days, counting from the date of receipt, to exercise the right of withdrawal provided by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, and proceed with the return of the product.

 

Returns from the delivery address: In case of a return, THE COMPANY will refund all payments received from the client, including delivery costs if applicable. However, the client will assume the direct costs of returning the goods, understood as the postage expenses for the return.

 

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after verifying that it has not been used, the original packaging and case are intact, and the SEAL that the product carries is unbroken, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used by the client. The client will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods, hence in this case, the client will receive the value of the good in the conditions of receipt.

Items purchased online (www.nicols.es) cannot be returned to our stores; they must be returned to the address of our registered office, DANIVI S.A, Nicols, Serrano, 86, 28006 Madrid.

 

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that have been engraved or personalized at the client's request and/or connected watches that have been initiated in the digital system and/or data entry and/or connection to a mobile terminal.

2. **RIGHT OF RETURN**

 

Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our clients, therefore THE COMPANY extends its rights as a client with this RIGHT OF RETURN. After the 14-day period has passed, THE CLIENT may make use of the RIGHT OF RETURN, which empowers THE CLIENT to exchange the products purchased within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt at their home.

 

For this, THE CLIENT must contact THE COMPANY via email at [email protected] or [email protected] indicating the number or purchase invoice and the client's name, and the intention of exchange, that is, if the client prefers a VOUCHER for the total amount, another product of a higher price by paying the difference, or a product of a lower price where the difference will be credited through a VOUCHER. These VOUCHERS can be used for a future purchase on www.nicols.es and will have no expiration date.

 

The exchange will be carried out by preparing the unused product with its SEAL as it was sent, along with its original

 

packaging, casing, and sending it to the address Calle Serrano 86, 28006 Madrid, to the attention of the WEB LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT.

 

Once the product is received by THE COMPANY and upon verification that it has not been used, that the original packaging and casing are returned, and that the SEAL on the product is unbroken, THE COMPANY will accept this EXCHANGE, sending an email confirmation to THE CLIENT and detailing the availability of the new chosen product if applicable.

 

From this moment, a NEW PURCHASE PROCESS would begin, where THE CLIENT would be informed of the additional difference to be paid for the newly selected product, or they would be sent the VOUCHER for the difference in their favor if the new product is of lesser value than the first, along with the new selected product. The shipping costs of this new purchase process, for the new product from THE COMPANY to THE CLIENT, would be borne by THE COMPANY.
