What countries do we ship to? What taxes will be charged?

THE COMPANY ships to all continents as long as the approved and quality transport service (FEDEX, DHL, UPS or similar) allows ensuring 100% of the value of the product purchased. This insurance covers the journey from the offices of THE COMPANY to the location that the customer detailed for delivery.

THE COMPANY will always collect the Spanish taxes, being THE CLIENT, responsible for paying taxes, customs charges and/or reception costs of the country to which THE CLIENT indicated the shipment of the product purchased on our website.

THE CUSTOMER may request the COMPANY to issue a TAXFREE INVOICE that will be managed according to the conditions established by the Spanish Public Finance.

Can I pick up my order at one of the Nicols Stores?

Yes. After making the purchase process, the system will automatically give you the option to pick up your order in any of our stores.

Store pickup has no additional amount or shipping costs. Once the product is ready, we will send you an email to inform you that it was sent to the store you chose to pick it up.

Can I request to receive the order at another address different than the one I'm registered with?

Yes. You can select this option during the purchase process, if the address is in the same tax conditions as the country of purchase.

I cannot pay with my card. What I can do?

For your safety, we have chosen the most secure payment methods available on the internet. If your bank has not authorized your credit card the option of making secure payments over the internet, you may have trouble making your purchase through the bank gateway.

Do the products have taxes included?

Yes, prices include taxes. THE COMPANY accepts orders from different EU countries. Purchases in the EU, for natural person, will be charged with Spanish taxes.

Can I request an invoice for my order?

All our shipments have an invoice with Nicols corporate paper with all customer data and articles. This is a valid invoice.

The invoice we issue on our website is for guidance only and will not serve as a purchase document.

When is the purchase between client and company formalized?

The purchase contract is formalized at the time when our website generates a status of "Preparation in Progress". Placing an order does not formalize the contract since the company reserves the right to review the order made by the computer system.

What happens if the product I receive does not fit me, or I don't like it?

The customer can change any item if:
